We follow a specific process that provides PSLA clients with value from the beginning of the engagement.

Phase I  ::  We learn about your company, your liquidity needs, and your technologies. We meet with you, prepared with a preliminary assessment of the competitive markets you are targeting, for up to a full day. We develop a concise strategy document of between 10-30 pages. This document serves as “internal due diligence.” It is an honest appraisal of what has to be done to achieve your liquidity goals. This document also serves as the Liquidity Roadmap™. It offers strategy options and recommendations, with mini-tactical plans around each option.

Phase II  ::  We get involved in aspects of the strategy to which we can add value. We will be forthright in stepping aside if we cannot, and help find the right parties to step in.

Phase III  ::  In select cases, one of us may be appointed to the management team of our client if that is considered valuable to executing the strategy.

For investors, we provide bottoms-up due-diligence evaluations of potential investment situations and top-down macro-analysis of energy industry markets and sub-sectors.
